I’m Sarah Prout. I am the author of four books, including Dear Universe 365. My work spans nonfiction, meditation, and narrative writing, exploring manifestation, inner knowing, and the art of conscious creation. My writing and audio projects have reached a global audience, including more than 10 million podcast downloads. As an author and entrepreneur, I continue to build literary and manifestation-based projects across books, audio, art and digital platforms.
