What to Do When You’re in the In-Between
The space after the breakdown but before the breakthrough. The part no one talks about—but we all live through.
No one talks about the weird in-between space when you feel like you’re grieving the life you once had, and you’r also so super-excited about what’s next.
It’s the space where the relationship is over, but you’re not healed. Where the business collapsed, but the next vision hasn’t landed in your heart yes. Where you’re no longer who you were, but not yet who you’re becoming.
It’s definitely not very glamorous or Instagram-worthy. It’s quiet, uncomfortable, sometimes humiliating and usually messy.
And yet…it’s sacred.
This is the space where the timelines collapse. Where you start talking to the Universe again as your friend, not because it’s trendy… but because you need to believe that something is listening.
You cry while folding laundry. You pray while scrolling Zillow.
You light a candle not for romance, but for remembrance.
It feels like nothing is happening. But in truth, everything is rearranging.
I’ve been in that space too, very recently actually.
And what I can tell you is this:
✨ You are not behind.
✨ You are not broken.
✨ You are not alone.
You’re just in the middle of the magic that doesn’t look like magic yet. It looks like the dog threw up on your favorite rug.
If you’re there right now, in the in-between (that is), in the ruins, in the sacred pause I created something for you. Hundreds of people downloaded it yesterday.
It’s called Manifesting in the Ruins and it’s completely free.
It’s not a workbook. It’s not a funnel trap. It’s a soft guide. A permission slip. A frequency recalibration.
Because sometimes, we don’t need more noise, we just need a gentle way to remember our power.

You’re not lost.
You’re being rewritten.
With love and belief in your becoming (and mine),
Sarah Prout. 💫
I am definitely in the in-between. I feel like I am navigating masterfully compared to previous in-betweens.
Thank you, Sarah. What I have learned from you over the years has prepared me for this overhaul. 💛
I keep shifting from one in-between to another as I’ve shifted in my work-life.
These are good shifts, but I’m tired…
