Ever had trouble falling and staying asleep because your thoughts are churning with fearful thoughts?
Well, that was me last night.
My mind was racing and spiraling about the future, my new family dynamic without my two oldest children in the house (I miss them) and if there would be flooding in Las Vegas from Hurricane Hilary.
I was super fearful in a way that doesn't usually impact me.
These swirling thoughts seemed out of control until I remembered how to manage my mind in a way that would serve me.
I guided my thoughts to remember to not focus on the future from a fear-based state. After all, I wrote an entire book on how to rise above fear and embrace love.
This is what I downloaded intuitively:
In the quiet stillness of night, when the world feels heavy and our fears become magnified, remember this: Our minds are powerful tools that can either anchor us in anxiety or elevate us towards hope. Even in the darkest hours, we have the choice to steer our thoughts away from the storm of worry and into the calm harbor of positivity. The future is an unwritten story, and we are the authors. Let us not pen it with fear, but with the love and hope we hold for the coming days. Embrace the journey, trust the process, and know that even in absence, love remains.
I also shared this on Instagram.
