I recorded this recent podcast episode as a quiet transmission, one meant to be received rather than analyzed. It isn’t meant to fix anything or give you answers. It’s meant to remind you of something deeper: you are already in conversation with life.

What I’ve learned is that the Universe doesn’t rush us. It doesn’t punish pauses or withhold guidance. It speaks in timing, in nudges, in the soft reassurance that arrives right when we’re ready to hear it.
This message is for the in-between moments. For the days when you feel unsure, tired, or quietly becoming something new. For the part of you that knows there is meaning here—even if you can’t name it yet.
