Let This Be the Chapter Where Everything Changes
A love letter to the woman on the edge of her becoming.
There comes a moment when you no longer need a sign. When the clock hits the 11:11 for the second time in 24-hours you know (deep down) that the numbers of alignment mean nothing without the drive to take action.
You might feel this way not because the Universe has stopped speaking—but because you finally started listening to yourself.
This is that moment.
Let this be the chapter where everything changes.
Not because you finally figured it all out. Not because you pushed harder, journaled more, or said all the right affirmations while staring at your fancy vision board.
The reason? It’s because you told the truth to yourself for the first time in a while.
You told the truth about how tired you are of shrinking to make others feel comfy. You told the truth about how much you’ve been holding. Also, about the way your soul has been whispering “Not this. Not anymore. The grass has to be greener.”
Let this be the chapter where you walk away from what doesn’t meet you or serve you for that matter. From what drains your light faster than a newly fixed garbage disposal. From the stuck-record stories that made you forget your own name.
Let this be the chapter where you stop asking people to choose you— and you start choosing yourself with full reverence and power. Let this be the chapter where you become your own permission slip.
Dear You, this is your permission slip to choose yourself in this next chapter of your life. Love Always, Your Higher Self.
This is the time in your life when and where you give yourself what you’ve been waiting for. Where softness is no longer something you earn, but it’s something you inhabit (ooh, better yet, EMBODY)
Let this be the chapter where:
You close the door that’s already half shut.
You stop apologizing for being both too much and not enough.
You write the email, delete the number, buy the domain, take the bath and ultimately put all of your chips in and bet on yourself.
You finally say: “I’m not going back to who I had to be to survive. No thank you.”
Let this be the chapter where you meet yourself again but not as a project to fix, but as a sacred woman to remember. You don’t need a seven-step plan or a five-year plan. You need faith, and believing beyond what you can see.
You need stillness, not lists and a cup full of sharpened pencils and to-do lists.
You need your own voice in a quiet room saying: “We’re doing it differently now.”
Let this be the chapter where you begin.
Not from perceived brokenness, but from truth. From the beauty of clarity.
From the miracles of softness.
From your ultimate power.
Let this be the chapter where everything changes.
And let it change because of you.
If you think this will inspire or help someone you know please share it with them.
With all my heart, always.
Sarah Prout.
This met me right where I am today. I had to read through the tears. Thank you ♥️
