There are moments in life when the old version of you feels familiar, even comforting—like an old sweater that no longer fits but still feels like home. And yet, something within you stirs. A quiet voice whispering: You’re not meant to stay here.
Becoming isn’t always loud. It doesn’t always announce itself with fireworks or grand gestures. Often, it’s a very soft and gradual shedding. A decision to stop shrinking. A sacred turning toward your truth, even when it’s inconvenient, lonely, or uncertain.
To betray your becoming is to silence your intuition because it doesn’t make logical sense.
It’s pretending to be okay with what no longer aligns.
It’s saying “yes” when your body aches to say “no.”
It’s clinging to a chapter that’s already closing.
Your becoming is not a future version of you—it’s the real you emerging.
The one who remembers your worth. The one who honors your pain and your power in equal measure. The one who knows that growth sometimes feels like grief, but it’s still sacred.
So please, don’t betray your becoming.
Choose what stretches you.
Speak what stirs your soul.
Let go of what asks you to abandon yourself.
You are allowed to evolve beyond what others understand. You are allowed to bloom differently this time. And you are allowed to protect your becoming like the sacred, miraculous unfolding that it is.
You are becoming…
And it is beautiful.
With Love & Gratitude,
Sarah Prout.

What is your background, and why do you believe that your mediations work for all mankind?
Isn’t it up to each individual to find the meditation that comes from their own inner core? Their own source?
What about the authenticity of the meditation? If it comes from you, it is yours.
