Before the Manifestation, The Frequency Comes First

There’s a truth I’ve come to know, not just intellectually, but in every cell of my body.

There’s a truth I’ve come to know, not just intellectually, but in every cell of my body. After being a manifestation of “expert” for the last 16+ years, there’s a pattern that if so often missed and sadly overlooked when it comes to attracting what you want/desire.

Before the manifestation arrives, the frequency must align.

And yet, we obsess about the absence of that thing we want.

You can script the perfect vision. Write the affirmations. Visualize until your eyelids twitch and your fingers stick together from the vision board glue. But if your energy doesn’t match what you’re calling in… it won’t ever come. Or, and this is a swift kick to the bum, it will come distorted. The materialization will be warped and not what you want at all.

Because the Universe doesn’t respond to your words, it responds to your vibration. This manifests as your tone and to the feeling you carry behind your intentions.

You might have been taught that manifestation is about action, or mindset, or strategy. But before all of that fancy stuff —there’s frequency.

It’s the subtle, sacred field you’re broadcasting at all times.

That’s what essentially shapes your reality. And it’s also the thing that draws things in, repels what’s not aligned, and activates what you’re ready to hold.

So if something hasn’t manifested yet, ask yourself gently:

Am I vibrating in trust, or fear? Am I rushing, or resting in Divine timing? Am I trying to prove, or allowing myself to receive? Am I grounded in truth...or trying to manifest from a version of me I’ve outgrown?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately in my own life. There is nothing wrong with you if things feel blocked. You don’t need to work harder. You just need to come back to your center and to the core of who you truly are
